Spartan Labs performs testing that is ordered by your healthcare provider. We in turn report the results back to your provider, in order to effectively create better health care services and outcomes through our integrated testing platforms.
We will bill your insurance provider during this process. You may receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance provider during the claim process.
If your insurance company covered the tests performed by our lab, but left you with a co-pay, coinsurance, or deductible, you will receive a billing statement from us. If you do receive a bill, please do not hesitate to call us directly for explanation of services.
